王成文博士 / Dr.
Chengwen Wang / 會長 –
President
中国科学院数学研究所，RUTGERS大学(罗格斯-新泽西州立大学)博士。曾在多家高科技公司任职或兼职，从事计算机软件的研究和开发工作，历任高级程序员，软件设计师，项目开发师。现任RUTGERS大学学生就业指导中心(CDC)IT高级顾问，并任数学与计算机科学系兼职教授，美国数学会<<数学评论>>(Mathematical Review)评论员，Essex County College 数学教授。他在专业杂志上发表过多篇学术论文。王成文博士就职于中美高校二十余载，培养上千人国家栋梁人材。鉴于他在中美教育工作中的突出贡献，山东省人事厅于２００５年在山东－北美人材经贸交流洽谈会上授予他教育先锋奖。
王成文博士除完成本职工作外，积极参与当地华人社区工作，历任新泽西山东同乡会会长，美国山东同乡会副总会长（２０１０年３月至今），美国美华专业人士协会会长（２００５年十月至今），父母子女教育俱乐部会长（２００８年１０月至２００９年１０月）及董事会主席（２００９年１０月至今），RUTGERS大学工会副主席等职。
Chengwen obtained his Ph.D. from the Institute of Mathematics at Academia Sinica, China and Rutgers University, USA. He worked in several high tech companies doing research and development of computer software as Advanced Programmer, Software Design Engineer and Application Developer. He is currently a Senior IT Consultant of Rutgers - Newark Career Development Center. He is also an adjunct professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Rutgers, and a reviewer for Mathematical Reviews of the American Mathematical Society, a mathematics professor in Essex County College

曾正光 / Jimmy Zeng / 常务副會長 – Executive

毕业于中国华南师范大学, 美国纽约市立大学研究生院, 分析化学专业。曾服务于Purdue制药公司, Baxter保健公司, 和 Purdue医药研究公司等著名制药公司。在美国大型医药公司从事新药研究15年，目前是生化和医药资深研究员，在使用分析仪器和色谱上有非常资深的经验，写作大量报告，用于 (NDA/ANDA) 新药申请和数据认证，参加了制药公司的生化药品的发展和市场开发。具有良好的演讲、培训、组织、等技能, 团队协作精神和丰富的管理经验。10多年来，长期参加协会的许多活动，在2010年2月当选为协会理事后，共参与和组织了多次活动，受到一些会员和团体的好评，其活动被新泽西州三大报纸和其他网页所报道。

学习并从事中美国际贸易二十余年，美国財經MBA学位, 与中国有广泛的联系，熟悉进出口业务流程， 帮助多家中国企业打开北美市场，建立进销存物流网。拥有中国工厂的投资和管理经验。拥有美加金融和地产从业经验，参与不动产和商业投资多年，信奉通过投资来获得财务自由。本人时间自由，涉猎广泛，愿交朋友，希望能为协会和会员提供力所能及的服务，促进会员们的个人和事业发展，增强协会的凝聚力。

1998年起, 独自创办了一家企业管理和系统工程咨询公司。2001年, 在美国与朋友合伙创办施贝芝有限公司, 建立和利用网络平台，促进中美贸易和技术交流。2001年参加第四届中国留学人员广州科技交流会. 作为信息管理系统和网上市场的专家, 应邀在信息技术项目推介会上, 作了关于网上金融和直销市场系统的报告并收到一致好评. 之后, 海南省海口市电视台还作了专访. 2007年应美国中国银行家协会的邀请给公司总裁们讲授交叉销 售。后应邀到中国的神州数码和新地不动产等公司给公司管理层授课。
自1995年，活跃在北美社区。作为美国注册会计师, 为帮助中国留学生组织—中国旅美科技协会Utah分会筹集资金, 义务帮助他们申请非赢利组织的证明和免费作他们的税单. 现任职多个社区团体，任山东同乡会的副会长，父母子女教育协会的前会长和现任董事长。连续三年获得美国总统义务工作大奖。 |

邓吉树博士 (Jishu Deng) / 理事 - Board

邓吉树毕业于哥伦比亚大学，主修地球物理并获博士学位。毕业后曾在南加州地震中心及加州理工做博士后研究。部分研究成果发表在科学(SCIENCE)杂志上。现任职JP MORGAN副主管，从事能源衍生物定量分析的研究。
Jishu obtained his Ph.D in Geophysics from Columbia University and worked as a postdoctoral research scientist at Southern California Earthquake Center (SCEC)/Caltech. Part of the research results was published in journal "Science". Currently he is a vice president at JP Morgan, focusing on quantitative research supporting energy derivative trading. |

美国化学硕士和计算机科学硕士。具有24年计算机IT领域工作经验，曾参与开发美国不同行业公司的计算机软件开发和支持服务项目，对商业领域所的IT解决方案有着深入的研究和大量实践经验。钟先生曾任IBM, 纽约市捷运局，美林证券高级软件工程师和电子文档管理系统开发工程师。他现任瑞士再保险公司高级应用工程师和副总裁助理，主管知识管理系统的应用，为公司和员工提供高效的资源知识利用平台，提高员工的工作效率，增强公司的生产力和竞争力。近年来，他一直致力于美华专业协会的组织活动，努力把协会打造成服务全球华人的平台。

冯楚梅博士(Sue Feng) / 理事 - Board

冯楚梅博士将是露华浓的副总裁领导全球彩妆研究及开发部（2011年10月生效），负责突破性的发展与全球化妆品产品的色彩创新。在加盟露华浓以前，冯博士在欧莱雅美国工作了近十二年。她2005年6月晋升为美宝莲睫毛膏部的经理. 曾任兰蔻，欧莱雅，Shu Umeura，在美国的经理。然后经理美宝莲唇膏+指甲油产品开发。2008年4月冯博士晋升为Director, 引领研发美国专业皮肤护理医学美容护肤品牌(如Skinceuticals, LA Roche-Posay, Biomedics, Dermablend），美宝莲皮肤护理，化学换肤。在加入欧莱雅之前, 冯博士在宝洁公司工作了近三年。开发新型聚合物（表面改性聚合物，功能性聚合物和粘合剂）护肤，化妆, 护发，洗涤剂的技术，和硬表面清洁剂产品。冯博士毕业于普度大学，主修化学并获博士学位。她在国际学术刊物发表了许多科学论文和专利。
冯博士积极参与和组织各种学术和企业界活动。在美国亚裔社区服务活动。她是中化妆品专业协会会长（CACPA）2008至2010年。冯博士是美国皮肤科协会，调查皮肤科，Cosmetic Executive Women，美国化学学会和化妆品化学家协会的成员。

毕业于苏州大学外国语学院俄语系。赴美前曾在江苏省靖江市进出口(集团)公司工作过4年，任职人事科秘书和分公司业务员。赴美后获得Baruch College 会计专业学士学位和Manhattan Community College 护士专业副学士学位。 现持有NY 和 NJ 州护士，人寿，医疗和证券Series 63 执照，并获得医疗翻译证书。曾先后在Eastern One Consulting, Gates McDonald, ARC Morris 等公司工作过。工作任真负责，得到雇主的好评。Joy Chen 积极参与社区活动， 热心助人，广交朋友，现为康奈儿医疗中心和美华防癌协会义工。希望能为ACPA的会员们贡献自己的一份力，促进会员们之间的交流与合作， 把我们的协会办得更好

毕业于北京清华大学和新泽西理工学院。
曾服务于厦门特区建发公司，参与中国四大特区之一的厦门湖里工业区开发。并于王安电脑下属分公司任职。来美后，作为中国产品进入美国的先驱，曾协助多家中国集团公司开拓北美市场，包括中国机械进出口公司，厦门特贸, 上海交大工业公司，上海微轴, 浙江万象，江苏春兰集团等。近十年来，在多家华尔街金融公司任系统设计师和资深顾问，包括美林，摩根，高盛等，专长大型金融衍生物交易和风险控制系统设计与维护。
历任新州福建同乡会副会长，华人电脑协会常务理事，中美高尔夫球协会理事, 及大纽约清华校友会执事。

Eric Tang graduated from Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Southern Illinois University. He has extensive experience in petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently he focuses on pharmaceutical intermediates in close cooperation with many Chinese companies in this area. Eric loves music and travel. Especially he has played Erhu and Guitar for many years. One of his favorite things is to go to Lincoln center for concerts.

毕业于福建省福州市高等师范中文系和北京师范大学"中学中专校长班". 1998年超前晋升公共关系专业"高级教师",2000年被评为福州市"特级教师"后备人选. 赴美后曾任<<新象周刊>>记者,华夏中文学校南部分校副校长; 现任美国Wegmans公司部门经理,<<世界日报>>新州记者,华夏中文学校总校教学委员及记者,"新泽西福建同乡会"秘书长.
A graduate of Chinese major from the Advanced Normal University of Fujian, and of the Principals' Class at the Beijing Normal University. In 1998, he has been promoted in advance to the position of "Senior Teacher" for Public Relations; and in the year 2000, he was chosen to be the candidate for the title "Top Teacher of Fuzhou." In the US, he has been a reporter of Chinese News Weekly, and an Assistant Principal of Huaxia Chinese School (South Branch). Currently, he is a Department Manager of Wegmans Inc., a reporter of World Journal, a member of the Educational Committee at the Headquarter of Huaxia Chinese School, and the Secretary of the Fukien American Association.

刘双华在1984年赴美自费留学，获有机化学硕士和博士。曾任美国强生、乐华、罗氏等著名制药公司的高级研究员，专门从事新药研究开发与筛选,
参与制药公司的重大研究项目，并发表过多篇科学的论文, 研究开发高新科技及产品。他现任美国刘氏集团副总裁
，美中医术科技基金会会长，曾先后创办美华专业人士协会, 新泽西中美商和美中传媒协会。曾获美国亚洲杰出人才奖及多项专业和社区服务等奖项。
近年来，积极参与和投入我国的高新科技引进和开发。曾先后带团参加中国国际高新科技成果交易会, 连续多年参加广州留学人员科技交流会,
先后带团参加山东三届海洽会, 为促进中美合作方面作出了重大贡献。
Coming to the US
in 1984, Peter gained his Master degree and Ph. D in Organic Chemistry. His
extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes research
scientist at Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, and Hoffmann-La Roche. Peter
also has many years of experience in doing pharmaceutical R & D,
business development and management. Moreover, he has a strong entrepreneur
leadership and extensive experience in doing business in China.
Currently, Peter is the Vice President of Appliedinfo Partners Inc., the
President of US-China Foundation for Medical Science & Technology, the
Founder of Chinese-American Chamber of Commerce, American Chinese
Professionals Association and Chinese American Media Association. For many
years, Peter has been serving the American Chinese communities in the US. He was
presented the 5th Asian American Heritage Council Award and has been
honored by many professional organizations for his outstanding
achievements.

American Chinese Professional Association past president and current
Advisor, Elizabeth Wong is active in civic and Asian American affairs. Elizabeth was
appointed by Governor McGreevey Executive Director of the Higher Education
Student Assistance Authority in March, 2002. She was also appointed as
Commission of the NJ Asian American Committee in October 2002. Elizabeth was
profiled for Women’s History Month by WNBC in 2001. Elizabeth
serves as an adviser for the Liberty

加州大学硕士及博士，现为新州西东大学教授，专长国际关系，比较政治，国际商业及历史，历任ACPA会长(1998-1999)，中美基金会会长，新州中国文化研究基金会会长。梁教授著作等身，经常受邀出国讲学。曾获新州亚美传统委发〖亚美专业成就优秀奖
Professor Leung teaches at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. His special
fields include: international relations, comparative politics,
international business and history. Dr. Leung is our former ACPA President
(1998-1999). He also served as President of the U.S.-China Foundation, the
New Jersey Chinese Cultural Studies Foundation (NJCCSF), and the Livingston
Chinese Association. Academically, Professor Leung has published over 15
books and numerous articles, and has served as Visiting Professor in many
universities in the U.S.
and overseas. In recognition of his accomplishments, he has been awarded
Outstanding Professional Achievement Awards by the Asian American Heritage
Council of New Jersey and the Bergen
Community College.
