President
中国科学院数学研究所，RUTGERS大学(罗格斯-新泽西州立大学)博士。曾在多家高科技公司任职或兼职，从事计算机软件的研究和开发工作，历任高级程序员，软件设计师，项目开发师。现任RUTGERS大学学生就业指导中心(CDC)IT高级顾问，并任数学与计算机科学系兼职教授，美国数学会<<数学评论>>(Mathematical Review)评论员，Essex County College
数学教授。他在专业杂志上发表过多篇学术论文。
Chengwen obtained his Ph.D. from the Institute
of Mathematics at Academia Sinica,
China and Rutgers University, USA. He worked in several high
tech companies doing research and development of computer software as
Advanced Programmer, Software Design Engineer and Application Developer. He
is currently a Senior IT Consultant of Rutgers - Newark Career
Development Center.
He is also an adjunct professor in the Department of Mathematics and
Computer Science at Rutgers, and a reviewer for Mathematical Reviews of the
American Mathematical Society, a mathematics professor in Essex County
College

Jenny
Xiaojing Zhu is working at MASS MUTUAL as Senior Financial Advisor with
clientele in areas of NY, NJ, PA and CT. Jenny is specialized at
providing Executive Benefits, Retirement Planning, and Estate Planning
through working with CPA and attorneys. Jenny is a Registered Investment
Advisor with General Securities License, and Certified Long Term Care
Specialist. Jenny is also a volunteer in Parents and Chinese Club, and NJ
Chinese American Chambers of Commerce. Jenny earned her Master's degree at Columbia University
in USA.

experience in financial derivatives trading, risk management & Monte Carlo simulation in FX, Equity and Credit
markets range from Cray supercomputer to Linux Grid Computing Blades. His
clients include J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, etc. James is
Director of Chinese American Golf Association, Executive officer of NJCCPS
and part of the THAA Steering Committee. Before coming to US, James had
worked for Wang Computer in Xiamen, Beijing and Hong Kong
offices. James graduated from Tsinghua
University and holds
a Master degree in Computer Science from NJIT.

Originally from Mainland China,
Ping received her B.S. from Zhejiang
University in
Electric Engineering. She taught in the University
of Chemistry Technology in Shanghai prior coming to United States. She
received her M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin
Milwaukee. She was an associate of the
Society of the Actuary in USA.
She is also a business owner, certified Life and Soul Coach and Rikei
Master.Ms Ping has manifested her dream as a spiritual teacher, healer,
soul coach, and writer. It is her life purpose and destiny to teach
spirituality, universal laws of manifestation, and personal transformation
for living a happier, richer, and meaningful life. In her most recently
finished book: “Re-discover Ancient Wisdom ~ Keys to an abundant and
fulfilled life”, she shared with you her path in discovering her own inner
most gifts and talents and the Goddess within her being. She is
currently teaching those principles in her Personal and Life Transformation
Classes. Her great success as a career women, business in marketing and
training, spiritual awareness and insight, as well as wife and mother of
two children are great treasure for her clients and as an ACPA board

Jane Gao hold a degree of MBA from Rutgers
University, Ms. Gao is the founder
and CEO of Asia Healthcare Resource Center.
Jane is also the co-publisher and senior consultant of China Private
Enterprises’ Internal News, which serving for more than 3000 members
including 500 top enterprises in China. Jane Gao brings
experience in international marketing and trade gained from assisting major
multi national companies in China,
with marketing, branding, communications and public affairs activities.

汪晓东毕业于中国上海交通大学(学士)，美国麻省理工学院(硕士和博士)。现在美国新泽西理工学院应用数学系任教。他的研究兴趣包括生物系统的数学模型，计算流体和固体力学，多尺度和稳定性分析。晓东在计算力学，和其它应用数学和工程学学会十分活跃。他是计算机与结构学术杂志的编辑委员，计算力学世界大会和麻省理工学院计算流体和固体力学
的科学顾问委员。他也担任过美国科学基金会、美国农业部，和各种专业学报评委。他在专业杂志上发表过近30篇学术论文。
Sheldon Wang obtained his B.S. degree from Shanghai Jiao
Tong University
and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He is currently teaching in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at New
Jersey Institute of Technology. His research interests include mathematical
modeling of biological systems, computational fluid and solid mechanics,
multi-scale and instability analysis. Sheldon is very active in
computational mechanics, and other applied mathematics and engineering
societies. He is in the editorial board of Computers & Structures and
the scientific advisory boards of World Congress on Computational Mechanics
and MIT Conference on Computational Fluid and Solid Mechanics. He has also
served as reviewer for National Science Foundation, Department of
Agriculture, and various professional journals. He has nearly 30 journal
publications.

男高音歌唱家,原中国广播艺术团独唱演员.毕业于中国最高音乐学俯, 中国音乐学院,歌剧戏,歌剧表演专业. 1992 年获美国迈阿密大学音乐硕士. 1993年到美国最好的音乐学俯依斯曼音乐学院再度跟随著名男低音汤姆保罗学习声乐,
同时在美国各地演唱.
谢元先后与沸洲歌剧院, 夏威夷歌剧院, 亞利桑那歌剧院,罗切斯特歌剧院,桥治湖歌剧院,北部歌剧院等歌剧院合作演出<塞尔维亚理发师>中的伯爵,<弄臣>中的公爵,<茶花女>,中的阿尔浮莱德等主要角色. 现在，谢元是琴韵合唱团的艺术指导。
Born in Beijing, China. Yuan Xie made his
American opera debut with the Florida Grand Opera. His opera engagements
including the Florida Grand Opera, Hawaii Opera theater, West Palm Beach
Opera, Lake George Opera, Opera North, Rochester Opera Theater and etc..
Following his graduation from the China Conservatory of Music in 1986, Yuan
was awarded a full scholarship to the University of Miami.
He received his Master of Music in Voice Performance from the University of Miami in 1992. He was a voice
instructor at Miami Date community College from 1990 to 1993. In 1993, he
returned to further his study at the prestigious Eastman School of Music
with the well known bass, Thomas Paul. Recently, he is the artistic
director of Qin Yun Chorus in Princeton,
New Jersey.

邓吉树博士 / Jishu

邓吉树毕业于哥伦比亚大学，主修地球物理并获博士学位。毕业后曾在南加州地震中心及加州理工做博士后研究。部分研究成果发表在科学(SCIENCE)杂志上。现任职JP MORGAN副主管，从事能源衍生物定量分析的研究。
Jishu obtained his Ph.D in Geophysics from Columbia University
and worked as a postdoctoral research scientist at Southern California
Earthquake Center (SCEC)/Caltech. Part of the research results was
published in journal "Science". Currently he is a vice
president at JP Morgan, focusing on quantitative research supporting energy
derivative trading.

Eric Tang / 理事 - Board
& Committee Member
Eric Tang graduated from Department of Chemistry and
Biochemistry, Southern Illinois University. He has extensive
experience in petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently he
focuses on pharmaceutical intermediates in close cooperation with many
Chinese companies in this area. Eric loves music and travel. Especially he
has played Erhu and Guitar for many years. One of his favorite things
is to go to Lincoln
center for concerts.

毕业于福建省福州市高等师范中文系和北京师范大学"中学中专校长班". 1998年超前晋升公共关系专业"高级教师",2000年被评为福州市"特级教师"后备人选. 赴美后曾任<<新象周刊>>记者,华夏中文学校南部分校副校长; 现任美国Wegmans公司部门经理,<<世界日报>>新州记者,华夏中文学校总校教学委员及记者,"新泽西福建同乡会"秘书长.
A graduate of Chinese major from the Advanced Normal University of Fujian,
and of the Principals' Class at the Beijing Normal
University. In 1998,
he has been promoted in advance to the position of "Senior
Teacher" for Public Relations; and in the year 2000, he was chosen to
be the candidate for the title "Top Teacher of Fuzhou." In the US, he has been a reporter of Chinese News Weekly, and an
Assistant Principal of Huaxia
Chinese School
(South Branch). Currently, he is a Department Manager of Wegmans Inc., a
reporter of World Journal,
a member of the Educational Committee at the Headquarter of Huaxia Chinese
School, and the Secretary of the Fukien
American Association.

David Puyang (Master of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science,
University of Illinois at Chicago), high tech project investigator and
business co-founder, has been fully engaged in the global mobile wireless
technology since 1992. With focus on new generation communication
development, he is the expert in Wireless LAN, GPRS, GPS, EVDO & Edge
development both in US and China.
He was the consultant expert in the filed of security data recovery with
FBI Maryland Lab, and he has been actively involved with China Telecom 2006
project with many China
top business executives and entrepreneurs. He was honored to present the
Wireless Display Technology at FOSE Washington DC in 2002.

，美中医术科技基金会会长，曾先后创办美华专业人士协会, 新泽西中美商和美中传媒协会。曾获美国亚洲杰出人才奖及多项专业和社区服务等奖项。
近年来，积极参与和投入我国的高新科技引进和开发。曾先后带团参加中国国际高新科技成果交易会, 连续多年参加广州留学人员科技交流会,
先后带团参加山东三届海洽会, 为促进中美合作方面作出了重大贡献。
Coming to the US
in 1984, Peter gained his Master degree and Ph. D in Organic Chemistry. His
extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes research
scientist at Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, and Hoffmann-La Roche. Peter
also has many years of experience in doing pharmaceutical R & D,
business development and management. Moreover, he has a strong entrepreneur
leadership and extensive experience in doing business in China.
Currently, Peter is the Vice President of Appliedinfo Partners Inc., the
President of US-China Foundation for Medical Science & Technology, the
Founder of Chinese-American Chamber of Commerce, American Chinese
Professionals Association and Chinese American Media Association. For many
years, Peter has been serving the American Chinese communities in the US. He was
presented the 5th Asian American Heritage Council Award and has been
honored by many professional organizations for his outstanding
achievements.

American Chinese Professional Association past president and current
Advisor, Elizabeth Wong is active in civic and Asian American affairs. Elizabeth was
appointed by Governor McGreevey Executive Director of the Higher Education
Student Assistance Authority in March, 2002. She was also appointed as
Commission of the NJ Asian American Committee in October 2002. Elizabeth was
profiled for Women’s History Month by WNBC in 2001. Elizabeth
serves as an adviser for the Liberty

Professor Leung teaches at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. His special
fields include: international relations, comparative politics,
international business and history. Dr. Leung is our former ACPA President
(1998-1999). He also served as President of the U.S.-China Foundation, the
New Jersey Chinese Cultural Studies Foundation (NJCCSF), and the Livingston
Chinese Association. Academically, Professor Leung has published over 15
books and numerous articles, and has served as Visiting Professor in many
universities in the U.S.
and overseas. In recognition of his accomplishments, he has been awarded
Outstanding Professional Achievement Awards by the Asian American Heritage
Council of New Jersey and the Bergen
Community College.
